I recently replaced the carpeting on my 2 staircases and the tile in my entryway and used Flooring Diva for both the purchase and the installation of the carpet and tiles. I would breakdown my experience into 3 different categories. 1. Customer Service They were reliable and responsive whenever I had questions. Their sales team was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I enjoyed the experience in their stores. I took quite a while to make a decision and they were very patient, both in the store and over the phone. 2. Cost Both the cost of the product and the cost of the labor were very reasonable. They worked to come in under my budget and showed me how the make the most of the money that I wanted to spend on the project. 3. Quality The installation of both the tile and the carpet was very well done. Both installers took their time and delivered excellent finished products. All in all I was very happy with my experience. I would strongly recommend using this company for any upcoming projects. It is well worth the stop to look in and get quoted.
