I called AAA Wildlife for a service call to remove a family of rats in my attic. I was lucky enough to get Randy to my home. He arrived on time, explained his services and provided an estimate after 1 hour inspection. He was very clear and explained the process involved. Within 2 weeks the problem was resolved and all points of entry had been screened off and blocked to avoid future problems. I referred their services to one of the clients with similar problem. They were very professional and focused solving my problems on a timely matter. More importantly they wanted to ensure that this problem does not happen again. I would definitely use them again.
