We have contacted the company when our fridge (2018 Samsung) stopped cooling. Alona replied promptly and scheduled an appointment with Jerry. He tested the fridge, told us that the compressor was working, and the problem might be the inverter board. A week later he came with a new inverter board, but the fridge was still not working. He opined that the fridge needed a new main board. Given that Jerry didn't seem sure of the diagnostic, we called a technician from a different company. The second technician then determined (in less than 15min) that the issue was the evaporator. The part was replaced, and the fridge is now working. The mis-diagnostic delayed the repair by 2 weeks. Goldstar invoice was issued with incorrect information under the "Service Call" narrative (we have advised them that boards were not the issue) and the wrong due dates (Invoice Date: June 21, Due Date: June 14). The invoice had with no information on how to pay it and no disclaimer that the company surcharges for credit card payments. In addition, we were told that invoice was to be sent for collection if not paid by July 6,2023. Less than stellar service. Will not recommend.

We have contacted Joe and Colin when our fridge stopped cooling and another technician was not able to find the issue. Colin was prompt and after 15 min of testing he found that the evaporator needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it was received. Colin is a pleasure to work with and a seasoned professional. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Aaron called promptly after asking for quotes to enquire about the type of chimney, how frequently was cleaned (it hasn't) and explained that Spencer will do the cleaning and an inspection of the wood fireplace chimney. Spencer was very punctual and careful. There was no dust around and everything was left in place as before he came. Very friendly and professional service. Thank you Aaron and Spencer!

Raymond contacted us promptly, came to assess the issue, explained what needed to be fixed (cleaning gutters, caulking the joints) and what work might be required in the near future and immediately started the work. I have found this company on Homestars and I was impressed with the good reviews. I have spoken with Adel and he provided a quote and extensive description of the services provided, followed shortly by email confirmations with details and pricing. Everything was exactly as quoted. The services were provided on time, professional, with care for details. In addition, Adel recommended a very good rug cleaning company. We were very impressed with their approach and professionalism. I recommend them wholeheartedly knowing they'll deliver. Keep up the good job team!

Violetta, Oleg, Jerry, and the team are very professional, patient, kind, and having clients' interest at heart. Violetta guided us through the whole process, providing good advice not only about the granite to choose but how to match it to the cabinets and floors. Nikki was of great help! We asked for a quote initially, the offer was the best of the 4 quotes received. Next day, we booked the bin. The 20 yard bin was delivered as promised; the driver was careful not to damage the driveway. Nikki followed up before the pick-up day to make sure the bin was ready and we didn't need an extension. She gracefully accepted to wait for an answer next day since we were not sure if we needed the bin for an extra day. The driver picking up the bin was as professional and careful as the first driver. Great service! We greatley recommend this company!

Today Wes came buy to service the water tank and he did fix it in a professional and timely manner. He not only explained the problem and the solutions to it, but also provided advice on how to improve the efficiency of the furnace and water tank. Great job! (Plus it's been done on the Family Day!). Thank you, Wes.
