She was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. I cannot express how much I appreciate the fact that I had someone I could rely on to provide prompt, expert insight and advice. During the actual renovation process, Shukri (the owner) came by every morning to check the status of the previous days work and to make himself easily available to answer any questions and concerns I might have had. I consider myself very lucky to have found Nick to install my over-the-range microwave oven. It's not easy to make holes on 2 cm thick quartz backsplash.
