Richard Hart was on time checked the machine and in a short time had found the problem. It was a pump problem which was unable to empty the drum and so the cycle never progressed. Within 20 minutes the problem was fixed and after a short interesting chat, we were done. I would strongly recommend Hart's Appliance Service
