I Paid $15/month for iPhone protection plan for the past 1 1/2 years. i had a very simple port charging issue that could have been fixed in about 10 minutes at a retail store. As there is no place to have a phone fixed in Toronto, i opted for the "advanced" replacement. they charged me $920 deposit (until they receive my original back) and sent a new phone. the new phone was also defective and are now charging me an additional $920 deposit for another new phone until they get this one back. Terrible service - i plan to cancel this once all the deposits are off my card.
