The Pesterminate guy that came in, Ruhul, was extremely nice and friendly. He inspected the house thoroughly and informed me of the problem area(s). All the mice were caught and disposed of within a week, and I have yet to experience any further issues. On top of that, he gave me a 1 year warranty. Very nice, quick, easy, and friendly service. I will definitely be calling them again for any future pest issues.
