On a Sunday evening we encountered a main drain problem. We contacted a number of listings and only Salmon Plumbing responded to our call. After a brief conference we decided to wait for normal business hours Monday am and right on time we were contacted. Their staff noted the procedure i.e locates needed to ensure safety, when they would arrive after locates and the cost of the service to clean the drain. Their staff keep me informed as to when locates would be done and the status of their arrival. I found their staff to be professional and efficient. they arrived on time and worked without supervision. they were clean and tidy and respectful of the home and environment and left the home as they found it. There were no hidden fees or charges. Excellent !!
