Fridge was purchased in Aug09 and shipped with a door dented. Besides waiting 4 months to order a replacement door, it took numerous calls to install it. The door handles keeps falling down and Totem is being non-responsive especially Totem's service manager Grant. Service technician Mark made us felt like it was our fault. We paid big$$ for our appliances and simply want them to work.
