From the consult session to the installation, everything was done professionally and quicker than timelines given. The selection was better than expected and they took their time to offer alternative options based on my taste and needs. courteous and positive service from start to finish. Louis showed up promptly and investigated the issues. They were thorough in their searches and determined my issue was not raccoons as I suspected but rats. They put me on to someone who specializes with rats as he felt my issue was beyond his scope which I thought was very professional.

Yes ,if we get on a site where it's something that it's out of ours hands we will refer ours customers to the proper professional , in your situation Rats are handle differently than what we do with wildlife as rats are for pest/bug guys
