John came to service 2 fireplaces. Every aspect of dealing with him was a pleasure. He came on time kept me posted of his arrival. Was totally professional cleaned up well went above and beyond actually changed I light bulb I couldnt reach . Checked our main furnace and had some suggestions.

Sent two individuals Marshall and one other. Very professional. Moved bbq off deck onto concrete. Cleaned perfectly and what is always impressive left the whole area clean. This is our third time using them

We found water on the floor of our basement at 11 pm on a Friday night with an outside temperature of almost -20c. We tried calling a few bigger name firms who were not available. Then my wife remembered we had an amazing experience with Shim Plumbing a year back installing a toilet. we called Shim. No problem he drove 30 minutes in the middle of the night, diagnosed the problem fixed it and all with a smile and great attitude. He was our saviour! Can't thank him enough.

We used Mr Roof Repair again to replace a flat roof that was leaking. A total pleasure to deal with. Pietro is the only roofer in Toronto I trust and Joe in the office is amazingly responsive. This must be at least the sixth time we have used them. I got quotes from other firms that were slightly less but for peace of mind I use Mr. Roof Repair. They even fixed my wooden fence that was falling down without being asked!

Another outstanding experience. We had a basement leak. Pietro and team came were extremely diligent, checked carefully and discovered a blockage in the drain pipes. Used their initiative to check for other blockages, needed to come back again because of a related issue. Were totally professional and reliable. I will never use anyone else -- and I'm not easily impressed! Joe in the office is also a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

2 guys came yesterday to clean our ducts. They were very conscientious and seemed to do a good job. After they left my wife found dust and debris in the furnace room that they had missed cleaning up. We spent 3 hours last night cleaning and still more needs to be done. I have my own business and I know every company makes mistakes -- it's the manner in which they resolve them that separates out the high quality companies. I called the owner to see how he would react -- and he was a class act. We had asked for a small refund to cover a cleaning lady to clean up the furnace room. He offered to double what we asked and is sending a cheque. In my books he gets an A plus for the way he handled it. His approach should give anyone total confidence to deal with this company.

Alec and his partner came today and were outstanding. They sent us details ahead of time so we knew what to expect. Arrived on time. Said the job would be done by 4pm but they are so diligent and pay such attention to detail they took till 7pm to finish the job. They responded to every small request and were a total pleasure

This is second time we have used Pesticon. We called on a Saturday morning they were here in the afternoon. Totally professional -- found te squirrel nest. Put on mesh to cover a hole they found. A pleasure todeal with.

Best roofing company and one of best companies I have dealt with. Contact in office was Joe and Pietro who came to do the work is amazingly good. Initially had a leak on flat roof, two other companies had mis-diagnozed the problem. Pietro got on his hands and knees and discovered cracks others had missed. He did a quick fix - thankfully - it saved a major problem when the big storm came. Then he came afterwards to do the full job. Was a pleasure to work with. Thoughtful and extremely detailed oriented. They are now working on a second project. I wouldn't use anyone else for roof repairs!

Needed a new roof. Did thorough research of best roofing companies. Got multiple quotes. Titan was mid range. But great reviews and knew people who used them. Shawn and Max and team did an outstanding job. Had most thorough proposal, pleasure to deal with, reliable, professional, cleaned up well. Best in the business in our opinion!

Water was flowing off our eaves flooding neighbour's basement. We had been using another company to clean eves twice a year so figured that we had a serious problem. When Jordan saw the eaves he was surprised -- looked like dirt had accumulated for many years. Obviously the other company had been coming twice a year and not doing a good job. Jordan was professional. helpful and more interested in establishing a relationship than a quick job. We will switch to them from now on.

Our sump pump wasnt working. Rick came at 8 in the evening spent about 2 hours investigating the problem tried different solutions. Was professional, courteous and kept the basement clean. Brought his supervisor next day to identify problem and replaced pump. Very satisfied.
