Stay away from Bad Boy!! We purchased a freezer in Dec 2020. It said on their website it was available and would take two to six weeks for delivery. I called to confirm. I was told the same thing. Six months later, no freezer. I called multiple times, and was told there was nothing they could do. I emailed a manager and never heard back. There is no communication from this company. I had to call them every time. Finally I had to upgrade to a more expensive freezer because that one was in stock. It was an extra $200 that I didn't want to spend but had little choice. Bad Boy does not offer refunds and they still did not have the freezer we ordered in stock. When I called to confirm the delivery of the new freezer I got attitude from the person on the other end saying he didn't know anything and couldn't help me. This from customer service!! When the guys came to deliver the freezer, they scratched our hardwood floors. Absolutely the worst!!! The freezer itself works fine. The company is terrible.
