EB in Stoney Creek

We are only part way through our renovation so far, but wanted to write a review of T-ROC at this phase of the project in recognition of how pleased we've been with their services up to this point. Our renovation turned from something that seemed fairly simple and straightforward to a situation that required significant structural work that was not caught during our home inspection and was totally unexpected. Rob and Jesse have worked tirelessly (and I'm not exaggerating when I say tirelessly) to keep our project moving forward despite the hurdles we've encountered. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money for our project that has more than doubled in budget. At this stage in the project there are a few things that we really appreciate about T-ROC and their process. Rob and Jesse have been 100% available any time of day or night to respond to any questions or issues that have cropped up. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response to a text message or phone call. They are always willing to meet us on-site to discuss ideas and logistics. Additionally, we really like the transparent T-ROC process of breaking down the project into smaller pieces (i.e. electrical, plumbing, demolition, drywalling, etc.) and obtaining quotes from various sub-contractors for each piece of the project so we can ensure we are getting the best value and quality for each trade that they are bringing in. We can't wait to see how our project turns out and look forward to finishing this review in a few months!
