The new furnace was installed on the day that the sales person had promised. The job took a few hours longer than promised, but the service people worked without a break to install the new furnace as quickly as possible.

An emergency tar job was promised within a week, but only got done 3 weeks after the contract was signed. Very pleased that the flat roof was converted to a slight slope.
