Interior leak in living room required diagnosis and then plan of action. Steelhead responded right away and did the initial diagnosis right away, pending taking the interior and exterior walls down for more accurate analyses. This was done on time, on budget by competent employees. The location was always kept clean and tidy. The workers were pleasant and cooperative in doing their work. There was no wasted time, and all materials were in place as scheduled. Corporate office maintained contact throughout the project as well as site visits. Upon completion everything was left in a finished state with no sign of the done except it was done. The attitude, the energies, and the abilities of all company contacts has been excellent and even though there were other work orders we were treated as if we were the most important. I certainly would hire again and recommend to anyone as to the extremely high quality of their work from start to completion.

Crown moulding installed and finished in foyer and hall. The painting makes the crown moulding look as if belonged there. The corners and the joints are very well done. Very pleasant and trustworthy. Easy to discuss the options and to make appropriate recommendations with explanations. Work done in a timely fashion.

Antique sterling flatware was in a state of almost being thrown out as it was twisted and bent, handles missing, and looking very tired. When it was returned it looked like new - better than I have ever seen it. Now we are using the pieces.

He has assets in his wife or someone else's name. he does not appear to have a bank account. BBB Accreditation was revoked because business failed to comply with agreed BBB standards. Based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of F on a scale from A+ to F. On April 6, 2010 this company's accreditation in BBB was revoked. The money is long gone, along with money from other unsuspecting customer. He continues to operate, continuing his theft.
