I had Gutterhelmet installed last year and I continue to have problems.They failed to tell me I needed to wash the "helmet" yearly to keep it working efficiently. They also didn't put caulking connecting my neighbours eavestrough so I get a river of water flowing from the gap everytime it rains. Also, if they come back after their 1 year warranty is over you must pay up front on your visa before you even see them.

They removed some squirrels in the roof humanely. One was accidently still trapped inside when the mesh was screwed into place. They came back the next day (on a Saturday)put a one-way door on and the squirrel got out.So they did have to come out several times but they were quick to my phone calls.They are pricey but they are very good!
