Based on our experience, the staff are experienced and know their product, providing realistic suggestions. They do not up-sell and are honest about what will work and what to avoid in particular situations. We found them to be most helpful in identifying complimentary colours and designs that would work with our overall design. Our experience with the installation was equally as favorable. They made a serious effort to work within our preferred schedule which is greatly appreciated! The installers were courteous, extremely professional, efficient and did a great job in cleaning up after the job was finished.
