Jeff, Richard and their team were punctual, reliable, friendly and always happy to answer any questions we had. The work done is excellent. They also left the job site spotless, which is a bonus. Communication was clear and timely. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. UPDATE: there was a little tune-up to be done to the gate - Jeff was onsite to fix it within 48h of me sending an email. Not only do they do a great job, but after-sale stands strong. Would highly recommend.

Selling the house and downsizing - over the years, I had piled up loads of stuff I no longer had use for. The process was painless: straightforward info over the phone and accurate quote upon visiting the premises. We-haul / Marc were very punctual: they showed up at the time that had been agreed upon and I appreciated the text confirming their ETA on the day of. They were well organized and did a very clean job - it was pouring rain that day and the beige carpet was still clean by the time they were done. They were fast, efficient, thorough and courteous. All that for a price (cost by cubic feet) that absolutely beats the competition. Also very honest – last load wasn’t totally full (not by much) and Marc did bring the price down. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
