Spoke to a few companies but decided on Brampton Kitchens for a few reasons. I toured the showroom and factory. Super clean work areas and totally organized operation winch made me confident in their ability to keep timelines intact. i also liked that they could do cabinets, countertops and pretty much the whole kitchen. The price was fair, the schedule was adhered to and all promises were kept - how often can you say that?!?. All in all I felt like we were in good hands and that customer service matters to them. They really know their stuff and my advice would be to listen to their guidance. I changed a few things per their advice and it paid off - their experience made a big difference and I LOVE my new kitchen. A big thanks to PADAM and his team and to Jimmy the installer who was meticulous and did the cleanest smoothest install you have ever seen!

I needed two rooms to have new flooring laid to match two other rooms and the hallway. So the entire main floor had to be sanded and buffed and stained and two rooms needed wood laid. The work was performed perfectly - the match is great the floors look great and the work is excellent. Khody the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and easy to work with. He spotted flaws in the tile I bought and delayed while I replaced them - thankfully he saw the problems before they were affixed to the floor. I HIGHLY recommend this company. An excellent experience and very reliable and good communications. Can't ask for more than I got.

I would never use this company again. they damaged an antique table, dropped a stack of boxes. Repeated efforts to speak to someone in management resulted in absolutely nothing. terrible customer service. Ran the hours up, did not do as they promised they would. For sure go elsewhere when choosing a mover.
