I contacted Sharon from City Drain Fix on a Monday evening and received a reply from her instantaneously. We had sewer backup in the main drain of our 17 year old house.. Not only was Sharon very honest and through, but she was also very compassionate about my situation. Someone was out to visit our home that very evening, and the job was repaired to our satisfaction the next day.. I would definetly recommend this company to all my friends and family!
