Last year I needed to buy a new furnace for my house, and I decided to give a try to this small company I found in homestars, after having initially gotten a quote from a big name. I am glad I made this choice. Immediately I realized that I was getting a great service and Boris provided me with sufficient information in order to make the right decision for the purchase of the furnace. Let alone that the cost was much lower than the quote I had received from the big name. The installation was very professional, and subsequently Boris followed up with me to make sure that everything was OK. Overall my experience was great. We had over 8 quotes, had almost made a decision and then thought we'd try one more, we're glad we did. Mario arrived, seemed more knowledgable than the rest, and did a quote on the spot that was excellent. The materials and techniques he used for the job were the ones we'd researched and decided upon based on the other quotes. We're happy we decided to go with him. He's an excellent communicator, and kept us updated throughout the entire project (waterproofing the entire house). His crew was friendly, quiet, fast and extremely professional.
