Needed the basement shut-off valve to my porch tap replacing as it leaked every time I turned it on making it unusable. It was in a very difficult place (ceiling, behind air duct, in amongst lots of wiring, rabid bats). It also turned out that my main water valve for the house (after the municipal one) leaked so that had to be replaced as well. Arranging an appointment was efficient, price quote was reasonable, plumber knew what he was doing and explained things well, dealt with the unexpected leaky mains tap and gave me a reasonable quote for that, went out and got the extra part immediately. Finished everything to good quality. Would recommend.

Plumbing problems are always a nightmare and its often difficult to find someone reliable. Hired based on reviews here and response to my service request. Clear about pricing and response time (a non-urgent case where I had a faucet that was dripping under the sink when used). Showed up promptly as arranged. Diagnosed the problem and had a part with him. Fixed! I would use again - very satisfied.

Excellent experience. Nucu and the gang renovated our 3rd floor space (ensuite + closet/bedroom space), 2 bathrooms, and powder room this summer in Oakville. They were of great assistance with planning each of the projects, which included knocking a closet and ensuite into one area and turning the bath into a walk in shower, extending walls to create a new closet space, installing a free standing batch in our bedroom (!) and fixing all the electricals and vent fans needed + installing lighting. Great tiling work and they also replaced the flooring throughout. The installation team were fantastic (even though they were so helpful they upsold us on some really good modifications - no complaints). They were on time and on budget, and the house disruption was planned to be minimal, and they were good and clearing up every day. Would highly recommend. We love the results.

Professional and easy to work with. Extremely pleased with the end results - transformed a 3rd floor landing and two dormer window areas into a large luxury closet space with efficient use of available space. They were able to work with us on design and sketches to produce a result that was better than we envisioned. Also flexible with us on timing working around our bathroom contractors who were completing work in the same area. Would highly recommend.

Burl-Oak completed a backyard renovation for us in Oakville last season including removal of an existing gazebo monstrosity, and rework of the entire area to include a stone patio and a gas fire-pit. We dealt with Mark who was excellent, and provided us with good advice, and co-ordinated everything. We are extremely pleased with the service and the end result. Problem with a dishwasher where the drain pump kept running. Mike was a able to come out when I was available, and then ordered and installed the new part. prompt and efficient and reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again if needed.
