I had a mouse problem in my house. PCO laid some traps in my house and also put some bait traps outside my house in my yard. They charged me approximately $500 per year to maintain these traps. All they did was come and replace the bait. If I could buy the bait, I could do it myself and not be charged such an expense.
Milani came and removed and replaced my hot water tank. The tank was not leaking but was showing signs of rust and could go at any moment. They were very professional and courteous. They are not the cheapest out there, but I do trust them to do quality work for me
double glazed window installation
I had Retrotek windows replace 4 of my back windows. The windows were installed very quickly but I would have hoped that more care be taken when removing my old windows. The stucco cracked and I had to refinish one of the window sills. Additionally, one of the screens had a small hole in it, which was never replaced, even after calling them and informing them.

generally, existing window frames come out quite cleanly, but there are times when frames are more difficult to remove hence we always like to inform customers before starting a job what they may expect from the removal process before any actual work is done. We always try to keep any damage to a minimal but at times can seal up any cracks that may occur. Existing conditions of stucco/drywall/plaster/sills is critical to what may happen to these items when removal of frames are done. If conditions are in poor shape, then you may expect some damage to happen (this goes for any company). Again, we try our best to keep things to a minimun and at best inform you when conditions may be a bit suspect.
Retro teck
I had Roto rooter clean my drain tile all around my house. They were there for a couple hours and I was shown how the water now flows cleanly with out debris or sediment. They were neat and professional.
We used this company to pave over our driveway which was made of gravel. They were very efficient and had a large crew which completed the project in a day. The dump trucks and paving eqpt were on time and there were not any hidden costs.
We used this company to paint the inside of my moms apartment. Although it was not a big job, it was done very well and with care. We like the colors that were picked and it has brightened up the place very nicely.
We used Sears to assist us in planning our renovations to our house. Without having much experience, it was nice to get some expert advice on appliances and fixtures. In the future, we are more informed and know where to get helpful advice.
I used this company to do a basement bathroom renovation a couple years ago. I had a tub, sink, shower and flooring installed. They did the job satisfactorily and on budget. They do an efficient job and assisted in giving me styling ideas and also provided options on faucet types and selection.
This company corrected my leaky water leak in a professional and efficient manner. I would use them in the future, but hopefully I do no neeed their services anymore as all the updates and renovations are complete at my house.
