Excellent company, impeccable timing, and technician is honest, knowledgeable and efficient. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends and the circle of my life. I have been testing the fireplace every day and no problems so far.

Immediate response to my inquiry. Technician who installed the door was knowledgeable and effective. Also he offered to take care of any mishap in the future. The only negative thing is that it took 2 weeks from the date I order it till it was installed.
