Finally something when smoothly...I found an amazing house painter...super great attitude, accurate and goes the extra mile. I called him last night around 530...that's Good Friday...he answered and came over within an hour for an estimate. He gave all his guys the weekend off but came this morning alone and painted almost the whole house. Everything I asked. The walls were supposed to be all holes filled and sanded but due to unforseen circumstances they weren't. He wasn't upset, he just went into his truck got his stuff and helpetd me do it for no extra charge...but more importantly no attitude. His name is Raul and his business is called Lince's Painting. For the first time with a contractor I felt safe, like I didn't have to watch the work or feel they would snoop around!
