Saw the Homestars reviews and decided to get Hardflex to sand and polish my 20yr old island and breakfast bar. The results are nothing short of amazing. Alex is a true professional.Excellent price by the hour. Thanks!

Our 20 year old Valor fireplace was red tagged by Enbridge so we proceeded to check out various Valor dealers to purchase a replacement. We went to a couple of dealers but Walltek stood out from the others with their friendly knowledgeable assistance, not to mention a really nice large showroom. We actually were able to see the fire we liked on site at Walltek whereas not so with the other Valor dealers. Maral on the front desk was extremely helpful and answered my emails quickly and professionally with respect to questions I had. Rob came by a few days ago to assess the existing opening and connections etc. so we would have no surprises on install day. The fire was installed today and looks fantastic. The 2 man crew arrived on schedule and were quick and efficient. The whole replacement was done in an hour and this included a new chimney liner as well as two vents. Our existing only had one. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Walltek to anyone looking for a new fireplace.

Great service from Enercare. We are on an annual plan which includes furnace cleaning and maintenance. Extremely easy to deal with. Appointments can be made online or via telephone. Fast efficient service with no pushy salesmen trying to sell new equipment when the existing is getting old but still working efficiently.

The following is a message I sent to this company last week. ATTN: CUSTOMER SERVICE We purchased a leather sofa and chair for personal use from you in July 2011 which is showing severe signs of wear on some of the seat cushions as well as one chair back. When we purchased the set it was for everyday use and certainly expected it to last longer than 5 years. The frame of the sofa is in "like new" condition leading us to believe that the quality of leather used was meant for occasional use and not everyday as we specified when we purchased from you employee Onofrio. We have regularly conditioned the leather with leather clean and conditioner but to no avail. There are only two of us, seniors, who reside in the home and it has certainly not been abused as you can see from the condition of the frame. We are attaching a copy of our receipt as well as pictures for your comments. We have photographed the best and the worst to show the comparison. I had my 2 storey home ducts cleaned on Friday and all went extremely well. Mario and Kevin arrived early which was great. They phoned ahead to advise they were ahead of schedule that day and if I was agreeable they could come earlier than my scheduled appointment, but alternatively, if not convenient they would arrive at the scheduled time. This suited me just fine since my preference was the morning. They were courteous and professional during the whole process. The ducts, 20 in all, had not been cleaned for >10 years so when Mario showed me the before and after photographs the difference was quite amazing. I would definitely recommend Dave's Duct cleaning and will be calling them back again in 5 years to repeat the process.
