I had issues with a Pax wardrobe that I had someone else set up originally. IKEAMAN came and completely reassembled the unit and now it's perfectly straight and the doors work smoothly. I wish I had them set the unit up in the first place.
Aubrey was courteous, prompt and thorough. He looked beyond the original issue and fixed something that I didn't know was broken but made our washing machine run even better. I would definitely use his service again.
We had a problem with mice. Joe came and baited the traps and sealed outside entry. He then returned to check on his work and re-bait the traps. The mice are no longer an issue. Joe's service is prompt, professional and very effective.

I called them to check out our drain for clogs and they found the old clay pipe had tree roots entering the drain in quite a few places. I gave the go-ahead to replace the pipe and they did exactly what they said they would do including a very good cleanup job afterwards. Plus they fixed some plumbing mistakes left to us by our predecessors - all as part of the project. Our boiler was kicking out, not getting hot water to the radiators. After two visits at $100 each, I was given some quick fix solutions but the problem was not resolved. I ended up going with someone else to get the job done.
