I had them do an initial glass installation at the condo. George, who came to give the quote was really friendly. The other man was too. They both were very good. However, after the installation, I noticed a flaw in the glass. It was one of those black dots. My main issue is with their in-store front desk personnel. For some reason, communication is extremely poor. I called them for another job and also emailed them and never heard a response. It's as though they don't care for any jobs. Also, their glass products are really expensive. On the bright side, because they didn't respond to my multiple attempts to contact them, I ended up going to another glass company for my other condo and had a received a better product, with better customer service, and at a cheaper price!!! I guess things always work out in the end!

Steve replied immediately upon my inquiry and came to provide a quote. It was for the entire condo except the washrooms and the price was very reasonable. His team came to install and were very patient despite the concierge at the front being a bother. They were extremely friendly, and the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to any one interested in crown moulding. I think I will ask them to do my parent's house as well!

Rajat and his team were excellent. I normally don't post reviews but the experience was wonderful. Rajat was prompt in answering my initial request and gave me a quote over phone and then email promptly. I submitted my dimensions to him. He came and did the measurements and was very personable. A week or two later, his team came to deliver and install the glass. They were very professional, clean, and friendly. The glass was great and did not have any flaws. Even when one of the pieces was accidentally nicked, they immediately called their company and had a new piece delivered an hour later. I would definitely recommend Riti Glass without hesitation, and I definitely look forward to calling on their services in the future for myself, family, and friends.
