The person that answered the phone was quote apprupt/rude but the technician that came was nice. Did not like how the original quote given changed with out the technician telling the owner first, as a owner I like to budget and have choices. Later one of the issues that I pointed out to the technician was an issue again so I call them back on the same day and the person that answered the phone indicted its a new charge becuase its different from the original request. Very dissapointning

Dear Disappointed in Customer Service (Carmie),

Your initial call was in regards to a non-working boiler. Our technician came in due time as promised and fixed the initial problem of the non-working boiler. Your brother than called the office again stating that the pipes were leaking. Your brother claimed that the reason for the leaking pipes was due to our work. Our technician went out again, and there were no leaking pipes at all, but another underlying issue with TPR valve (which has nothing to do with our work completed earlier). Our technician advised you to fix this valve, however you did not agree to do so. This was the end of our business relationship with you.

This rating you gave our company has nothing to do with the service and the quality of work we provided to you. We would greatly appreciate your honest feedback in the future if you decide to use our services again.

I have been disappointed with the service of this company after getting a high recommondation. I have experience a lack of call backs, follow up, misquotes for price of the jobs and extreme lateness for appointments. For the appointments that were late they did not provide a call to advise. The service tech themselve when they arrive was great but their receiption/backoffice needs a lot of work.

the staff is so helpful and there is some great prices for all kinds of tiles at this store, its small but packs a lot of selection that are much much lower than the surrounding competitors, the staff helped me with measurements and got the right amount of product, they also helped with picking out the colour of the grout

i have recently used Carson dunlop twice and Jim was great, answered questions and did not mind we were underfoot while he was looking over the property. he gave both reports within 1 days including photos and repair estiamtes. i ahve used other companies where they were much more expenseive and took longer to give the report

used this company for insect prevention so the home was sprayed and was advise not to paint the baseboard area for a month. when they checked the attic it was recommended mice abatement which was approx 225 for approx 1/2 dozen boxed traps which did not think it was a good value considering the rep indicated a case of these traps did not cost a lot. I would suggest taking care of the mice yourseld. overwise the rep that came to the house was professional

Gabriele was at the fall home show and i booked an appt for quotes for my new home. She was quock, followed up right away, came to my house the same week and spent 45 mins with some great suggetions and emailed me the estimates and floor plan for my closets the same night. this is great service when other companies don't even return your calls.

i like this store becuase everything is well organized and labled, and a nice range of prices to select from. There is help buttons when you need it compared to other stores in which you can never find anyone for help. The staff is very knowlegible

I did not know where to start when I brought my frist home. Lilja was prompt, professional and very knowlegble and made the experiance enjoyable. She was able to quickly adjust to meet my needs and what I like best is her quick reponses and helpful manner, I will not use anyone else in the future!
