great service to start with , very friendly , asked lots of questions , looking back now think too friendly!!! ... they had deadline to meet as i had short window from possession to moving in , but they gave installer day off , which meant i paid extra for quick drying levelling compound to meet my deadline , the invoices kept changing and price went up , delays in getting things fixed , next time i will have someone with me who understands invoices ,,my first reno on my own , learnt not to be so trusting and naive the next time ....

What could this company do to improve their services?
be truthful to customer up front , acknowledge that they have too many jobs on go , don't give installer time of half way thru job , though very friendly
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
take someone with you ( guy) which ticks me of , so you don"t get taken advantage of
