Restoration doesnt carry alot in the store most is for display only We ordered a maxwell sofa and it came faster than listed. We are happy with our purchase and they have a good warranty. Just watch for there promo such as free shipping or 20% off . Love this store. We even bought all the deco pillow form the store which that had a huge sale on.
I thought buying from a sony store would be more expensive but this was not the case at all. The sale man was so knowlegdable and no pressure we went back twice before buying our XBR Sony TV. They even gave us free cables. I would buy from them directly before looking at multiple stores.
Yes I will agree they know there products but I find them too pushy to make a sale. I know its a business and they want to make a sale. BUt why cant you price match when you even say you will price match if its the same model and they have inventory. We ended up going to a competitor. In the past we have bought alot of appliances for all 3 homes and all of our relatives. The store doesnt seem the same anymore. But Wayne is the only one left who know his products. I wish he was there when I was. Than I know the sale would of went well.
Budget blind isnt a place to just buy blinds. They do repairs and cleaning at a good price. They picked them up and return them within 48 hours. There pricing is very good but why we chose them was our friends used them to outfit there home. All we needed was cleaning of our wood blind and roller shutters. They came as scheduled and thats what you call service. I have used them 3 times now and other family members also have, Mark and his team is great thank you...
We live in the area and have been shopping at places for pricing and honestly there pricing is much better even we stores that have 65% off like Michaels do once a month. They are so knowlegable and there frames are quality. The name says it all FAST AND Effiencient. Steve you are great and Anna also. The cost is zero as it was under warranty, We called them as our new Fisher Paykel fridge was leaking underneath after it was installed my a liecenced plumber. I called Totem to book an appointment told them it was under warranty and had a letter from Fisher Paykel stating the model, serial number and I am owner of the item and they said we need the reciept which I told her I didnt have at the moment as it was sent to Fisher Paykel hence me getting a warranty letter stating me as the owner. The person still wasn't going to assist me in booking so I went to a different repairman that was referred by Fisher Payke.

We purchased some new appliances for our rental suite. We bought 3 pieces stove fridge and dishwasher. We would not do this again as Sears now uses a third party for repairs. I didnt know they dont have a repair division anymore and if I did know that I wouldnt buy from them and pay a little more and get service and proper repairmen service.

They have a large selection and did a fantastic job with our kitchen cabinets. They came a few times to fix some minor glidders but always fast and replies. On time and will use them again in the future. Take a look at the picture. We did two tones for our cabinets. Fast turn around time. They even made a shelf for above our fan looks great!
We just went through a kitchen total remodel and needed new appliances we went to Trail appliances in Richmond and found our fridge and dishwasher both were Fisher Paykel at a really good price in there clearance section and the items were delivered and were brand new. What a bonus full warranty. Great service and also looking for a stove but they didnt have the price we wanted and recommended us to go to there clearance outlet in Annacis Island which is Trail Appliances warehouse. We found many stoves we loved but loved the price we paid for our LG 309 series free standing foor model at almost 30% off the MRSP price. We purchased it right on the spot and when did delivered it was brand new and not the floor model we were so happy and didnt ask why. I would go to the clearance place again for our washer and dryers. Trail Appliances has many staff to help you and knowlegdable, Thank you Trail Appliances our kitchen looks beautiful.
For any high end appliances like subzero, miele, Thermador and like VIKING call Priority appliances. We have a 10K wine cooler which stop cooling we called many places like sear but they said they couldnt fix it and other places said they would try. I called Priority appliances and they came quickly and had parts within a week and fix the coolant leak and replaced another part and now its works like brand new, These guy Moe, Roshan know what they are doing and always there to answer all your questions. They are resonable priced and quick to respond. I have had nothing but a good experience with them and my friends and family members who have used them say the same. You pay for what you want and the service is all I can say.
Look no further and if you need a repair call sears. I had a portable AC unit that wasnt working and I called alot of AC places and they said they would do it so I gave sears a call and they came and fixed it and ordered the parts quickly. I am going to use Sears for any of appliance repairs in the future.
We had some minor plumbing done in our new kitchen and I must say these guys know what they are doing and yes very very resonable for what they did. We had our water lines redone and a garborator installed and were clean and fast. Going to use them when I redo the bathrooms.
We went shopping at many store and decided to go to the brick. I was pleasantly surprized. We ended up buying from here and would recommend coming here first as there prices are lower than most out there and there is still room to negioaite and I like the fact I could pick them up the same day from there warehouse. If you are looking for a deal go to midland appliances. They have floor models and new floor models in unopened packages. We just bought a new fisher and paykel dishwasher brand new at a floor model price. Great service and fast. They know there products. You will be shocked as I never shopped here before as I thought they were overpriced. Go check it out and you will be shocked.
We had a PVR installed from Shaw. We bought the unit from London Drugs and if you can believe it or not had to replace 4 units before it would work. The installer was so shocked. I was disppointed as they offered no compensation nor offer something for the inconviences the techincian was even shocked as he had to go to the truck 4 times to get new units. Be careful I might be switching over to Telus as they have better units and options.
Nice store, but downsize is since its a american company they ship to the store but with my experiences ship to you home as you are already paying for the service and its doesnt cost anything. Especailly when most items must be ordered as the store doesnt stock anything but small little items. So if you are buying furniture or shelves ship to your home or office not the store as you are still paying for the same flat fee shipping.
Looking for Appliances or Furniture
If you are looking for a family run business with prices lower than the larger chain stores come here. You get great service and knowlegdable staff. It looks old from outside but you can find all high end appliances and close out deals cheaper than the larger appliance stores. If they dont have what you are looking for they can order it and match all prices and beat it.
If you are looking for great service come to the store on Victoria Drive, recently installed siding and need touch up paint and they knew what to do as I have the brand of it Handi Planks and it took only a day for them to match the color. They even said to me if it didnt match perfectly or to my satifaction to return it now thats customer service! Its a busy location but I go early in the morning or end of the day.
Moes has a large show room and great prices. If you sign up to there email they always send you sale alerts and specials. Thats how I came to buying from them and recommending other friends and family. There staff is very helpful and delivery is fast. I would reccomend anyone looking for new modern or antique looks to come here.
Waterless water tanks buy from Sears. We did alot of research and can only say Sears backs up what they sell. THe installation process when smoothly and they did what they say they would when installing and cutting walls to install the tankless water heater. I truely believe you pay for what you get. THey might be slightly more but its worth it as it was done correctly and no hidden cost.
We purchased new a new viking fridge and range also a LG washer set. The staff was very knowledgeable and was so helpful. They came on time and installed it all and I had nothing to do but say thank you and took all package with them. They always have great sales and you can negoatiate pricing when you buy more.
