the staff at Harvey's were very knowledgeable; they told me the pros and cons of the whirlpool line compared to the LG line; staff informed us the whirlpool line is very reliable, easy to get parts for repairs
we had to replace hot water tank at our rental house; technicians referred us to the most reliable brand and yet was reasonably priced; technicians came by within 48 hrs; did not leave a mess behind for us to clean up; very good warranty for the product

we had no heat in the house; lillie family came by within a couple days; was able to diagnose the problem quickly; recommended that we replace all the old pipes with copper ones to allow the super hot boiler to run more efficiently; we've had no problems since
Our tenant lost our house keys. We went to Broadway Locksmith in Vancouver to rekey the locks. Staff rekeyed five locks and checked to make sure they all worked. We brought them home and put the locks back on the door and they have been working fine since.
puchased faucets, bathtubs and toilet
went to save more plumbing to get our plumbing for our newly renovated kitchen and bathtub; salesman told us the pros and cons of the piani line and delta line for the faucets; with the toilets, saleman gave us a really good tip on diff between installing a toto toilet and a regular american standard toilet; the toto would take longer to mount as the screws are on the side

repaired water seepage in front lawn
we had water seeping out of the front lawn; technician dropped by for estimate within a couple hrs; milani knew exactly what the problem was; dug up 2 sections of the line; all work was done timely; cleaned up their mess; milani has good warranty policy
