To be honest, I was very hesitant about the entire process of engaging contractors because I had heard such terrible stories from friends, but Vail & Co. have completely changed my perspective on these types of companies. From the very first time we interacted, they were helpful, friendly, and straightforward. There were no surprises during the job and they were very good about keeping me up-to-date on progress.
