Jeff was very responsive compared to others I contacted. From the start, he got back to me right away and provided an estimate over the phone and the cost was very close to initial estimate. He was friendly, professional and informative! He took the time to explain everything. It's clear he knows his business and he provides excellent customer service. Immediately after the job was complete, he sent photos of the skylight which is helpful as I'm not climbing up on my roof!!! LOl Thank you so much Jeff - great experience all around!
