It was time to change out the old fire alarms - supposed to be done at years - we were at 17. All went well until we had some frustrations with a resistor: once you get past Home Depot you need an expert. George knew exactly what I was talking about when I called and described the problem, was here the same afternoon, and had our system up and running and fully tested. Good for another 10 years
