Thanks to Charnbumn from Permit Works, we came up with the perfect design for my unfinished basement which is huge. The whole process was smooth and Charnbumn was super responsive and patient with my questions and making changes on the design going through several rounds until I was 100% satisfied with the floor-plan and all the details. After that, Permit Works did all the paper work and follow-up with the City to obtain the permit and kept me up-to-date during that process. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and cost-efficiency of the service from Permit Works and highly recommend them.
