We had noticed that every time we turned off a tap there was a banging in the pipes. It was really bad when we did the laundry. We were getting concerned so we called Lester. We have know him for over 20 years as our ‘go to’ guy for any problem we’ve had with our house and he always comes through for us. If he doesn’t know how to fix a problem, he knows someone who does and gets them over to our place. He was wonderful once again and we now have a quiet house. He is reliable, shows up within a reasonable amount of time and honestly wants to help solve your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. I don’t know what would do without him.

Kevin did a great job and was flexible in dealing with trying to do our house. We had originally had him come, but because we had other work going on, he was unable to do anything so he came back another day and was Able to do the job. It had been a couple of years since we had had the windows cleaned so it was wonderful to see how clean they could be! Will definitely call again next year.

Steve helped to solve the problem of why we couldn’t turn on the chandelier in our dining room. It had stopped working when the wrong volt bulbs had been put in and even when the correct ones were used, it still didn’t work. Steve replaced the light switch and fixed the wiring. He suggested a way to make sure it didn’t happen again as well. Then he replaced some of the breakers in our electrical panel that were the wrong type. He also helped to plug an old wiring conduit that was causing us problems. He showed up on time and was very helpful in his explanations of what he was doing. Would definitely have him come back. Thank you.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up and wouldn't drain. We called our local Rooter Group guy, Lester, and he came out within the day. He had the problem solved and came back later in the week to do extra work to make sure that it didn't happen again. We have counted on Lester from Rooter Group for years. He is the first person we call when we have any plumbing issues. He comes as soon as he can and keeps you informed of what is going on the whole way through the process. He has even come out on Thanksgiving to make sure we had a working kitchen for when the family showed up. Lester is reliable, makes sure that the area is clean as he works and tries to solve any problems as quickly as possible. He has helped to fix many problems in our house. I honestly don't know what we would do without him.
