Early 2022, we started our search for a good and reliable house painter. We interviewed five companies and ultimately chose Christian based on the many favorable online reviews and our discussion with him. He impressed us as being an honest person who would provide quality workmanship, and we were not disappointed. Christian and Ari spent the better part of a week on the job and completed the work as per our agreement. We did not holdback partial payment even though we had noticed some minor imperfections with the finish on the exterior doors. When we brought this issue to Christians attention, he did not hesitate to fix it promptly. We are very satisfied with the end result and highly recommend Christian for your house painting work.

I hired this company to remove the boulevard grass, and replace it with landscape fabric, river rock, and edging. Grub infestation and raccoon damage had made a mess and I wasn’t prepared to spend any more time and resources on the area. My arrangements were made mostly with Kevin (the owner). The crew, headed by Jason the foreman, arrived on time. They worked very diligently but at the end of the day it became evident that due to a miscommunication, there wasn’t enough river rock to fully cover the area. When Kevin learned of this, he took immediate ownership of the issue and promised to make it right. Today he personally delivered the rock and with the help of a helper the rock was spread out and the boulevard is beautiful once again. This is a company that cares about the quality of their work. Their price is fair and everyone is eager to please the customer. I highly recommend this company, and will undoubtedly use their services again.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation which included a countertop and sink replacement. As part of this project we needed the new sink attached to the existing drainage, replace two very old water supply valves, and re-install the faucet. Milani plumbing has always been our go to plumbers so naturally I placed the call. Austin, arrived on time and had with him all of the necessary tools and supplies to complete the job. The truck arrived slightly ahead of time. The two young men were very professional and answered all of my questions. They very efficiently completed the job, leaving the place clean. The cost was very reasonable. I should also mention that the office staff, with whom I had made the prior arrangements, were also very professional and cheerful. I highly recommend this company.

Raul and his crew showed up on time, and completed the task ahead of schedule. The final cost was in line with the estimate. It was a pleasure to interact with Raul. He is polite, accommodating, and obviously highly skilled at what he does. I highly recommend this company.

In anticipation of a reno project involving our two bathrooms which was starting the following day, I decided to attempt to close the toilet shutoff valves, as they were quite old. That started a leak that I couldn't stop with water flowing down into the basement. I ultimately turned off the water supply to the entire house, and had a very uneasy sleep that night. I called Milani in the morning. They arrived within two hours, as promised. The plumber was courteous, efficient the work was done at a high quality level. Best experience ever.
