Vito was recommended by our real estate agent and I would not hesitate to use him again. He arrived early to our inspection and was very professional and thorough. He answered every question and took the time with us that we needed. We added the thermal imaging option, which didn't uncover too much, but at least gave us peace of mind. The inspection report PDF was provided by email later the same day. It was very detailed and included pictures and explanations with each suggestion he made.
