Darryl from Upanoak replied promptly to an online request for an estimate. I had a pamphlet given by a satisfied homeowner at a Guildwood garden tour last summer. Darryl came and spent at least an hour surveying the work, gave me useful insight about my trees and property and gave me a thorough written estimate at a price roughly what I expected. Arrangements were made to do the work at a suitable time within the following two weeks. To do this work required cooperation from a neighbour. I assured the neighbour that the company would do no damage to his fences or property, and manage his dog's needs too. All of that was accomplished successfully. All of the work was done professionally and safely with a crew of four pros. The crew cleaned up everything. I remarked that it's tough to know where two large trees used to be.
