I texted Rob as soon as we found out the furnace was not turning on and he texted right back and we quickly arranged a time. He identified the problem in no time, a loose air hose. The problem was so simple that he did not want to charge for his visit, but I insisted. Rob is very honest and reasonable. I have called him before for other issues and completely trust him!
Steve recently inspected a home that we purchased in Mississauga and he did a great job. He was through, answered our many questions, was very personable and provided a detailed report at the end. He stood our from the rest because he also provided further support to our questions and queries related to the initial home inspection via email and phone. The only surprise during the inspection was finding out that checking whether the appliances were working was not part of the process. Steve explained the reasons which made sense so we (sort of) checked the appliances ourselves.
