I had vacumax come to my home and now have to hire another company. Dust and debris blew out of all the vents onto furniture, carpet, window sills and I was told this was normal. I had to vacum the cold air returns and all the vents after they left. NOthing had come out of the vents. It was all over my floors and on my furniture! Keith, the furnace technician told me I needed a $375 cleaning or the furnace would not work again and it would break down after 1 or 2 years. He told me not to turn it on until I had this cleaning. I have a 5 years old furnace! Keith was unprofessional. One hole was made into the duct system and the pipe was loose. There was no brushing or scraping or cleaning of any of the main lines. They use an air gun and blew into the vents. NOthing else! Go to someone reputable and save yourself the agony of putting up with someone so unprofessional.

This is a customer and no matter which company she called,this was a person unhappy before we even showed up,that happens,we deal with all kinds in the in home service business.
She neglects to add she was refunded in full,even if you have someone that is impossible to please,you give them the $170 back,a busy company cannot have the phone lines tied up over $170 and an unreasonable customer.
