The service and the customer service are first class. We called Roman O early this morning. He got right back to us in a few minutes, and we booked an appointment for a re-key and duplicates. He showed up right in the time window. Very friendly. Super-efficient worker. Even checked our door hinges to be sure the deadbolt was just right. Ensuite bathtub drain leaked into the ceiling above our main floor powder room. Mr Rooter sent Will to the rescue. He worked diligently for hours. He kept to the promised estimate. Wow! Found Junk Works online and it had the best reviews. So TRUE. They called twenty minutes prior and arrived right when they said. Prompt! They cleaned out my double garage in 20 minutes ...and then swept up! Incredible value for the price. Recommend highly. Kudos to James and Rick for efficient and effective removal of my junk.
