I recently used Tender Touch / Great Canadian Vanlines for a move from Toronto to Vancouver They were over 3 hours late at pickup (no call) The delivery was 5 days late, again, they never call and keep you informed. It always requires a call to them, they never return calls. Had to ask several times for a discount on the late delivery, no apology from company. Several items were broken, items that were disassembled at collection were not put back (which we had to do) As a final insult, they charged my credit card 2x, which I had to call several times about to get resolved. Don't use these guys!

Could you please forward more details on your move. Our company has a service assurrance policy. Late pick ups and deliveries result in refunds and credit backs and if there were any damages on your move you should have forwarded a Claim to our office. Our Customer Service Department is fantastic at resolving issues but we need to hear from you before we can attempt to resolve your issues.
