I called Sureloc for a quote on installing a patio in my backyard. A sales representative was at my house the next day. I was in a time crunch as I needed the job completed before the 2nd weekend of May. I was assured that the job would be completed by then. The excavation crew showed up in less than a week. I live in a townhouse and am the 2nd unit in. Sureloc made sure they protected my neighbours lawn as it was wet out. They laid down plywood to protect the grass from the machines used to excavate. They had my yard excavated within 2 hrs. My Sales rep kept me informed on when the job of installing would begin. 2 weeks after excavation the bricks showed up and install began. The crew was great, they began install and completed the job in 2 days. Weather played a role as it was a little wet one day. I work from home most days and was able to watch then work. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. Sureloc was able to get the job done in the time I needed it done, that made me a very happy client.
