With a leaky roof, replacing it was a “must”. Titans Roofing provided an estimate within days, including photos and a description of the work to be done. They did an outstanding job, on time and executed as promised. After some "wildlife removal experts” caused a serious leak in the roof, Titans came back to fix it. Can’t ask for more.

I was so surprised to see the damages and I am so sorry that I had to charge for this one, but the scope of work was long and expensive due to a few nails inserted by the wildlife company. Imagine paying top dollar for something, only to have someone come in to resolve an animal issue and create even a bigger issue. Again I'm sorry you had to get your wallet out and you also mentioned that this fellow kept ignoring your calls.
The racoon must have bit off a little more than he could chew.

Replacing existing plaster board and wood appeared to be quite a challenge. We left it up to Toprock to provide the solution. We only choose the colours. They did an outstanding job! In addition they coordinated with the window guys to make sure everything was done properly. The house looks great and people stop to look. Great job, thanks.
