From beginning to end my experience with Sam and his team was great! They were very positive, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be using them again for other projects I plan on doing.

From the beginning (The initial meeting with Vitaily to get a quote) to the end, I had nothing but an amazing experience. The professionalism, advice, and just a general pleasant interaction from Igor and his entire crew made this the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They came on-site on time and every day you can see the significant progress they made. They worked like a well oiled machine, answered any questions I had, made changes and additions when I asked for them. They didn't cut any corners while doing the job. They finished the job much faster than they said it would take. I would and have recommended them to several people already. I can't thank them enough for their great work.

I called DrainCom after looking on HomeStars for a plumber and was very satisfied with the service. Their plumber came out and replaced my copper pipes fast and professionally. I plan on using them again in the near future to complete my project.
