We are really happy with our basement bathroom reno. The experience with Natanael and team was fantastic from start to finish. We started with relatively vague plans and Natanael helped us work through options to figure out what we actually wanted. His responsiveness to our multitude of questions was impressive, right from the first visit. The estimate we were given was very clear and thorough, and was spot on. The guidance and clarity in sourcing the materials, fixtures, etc was amazing. The team was very accommodating and went out of their way to minimize disruptions. And of course, the bathroom itself turned out better than we could have imagined! Thanks again to Natanael and team!

Joe came to fix our screeching dryer, after having fixed our washing machine several months ago and helping to troubleshoot our oven a couple years ago. He was able to come out very promptly, and arrived in the window of time he told me (and kept me updated on his expected arrival time beforehand). He was able to immediately identify the problem and fix it quickly. Would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone!

Was a little late for the appointment, but called to notify us well in advance. Moved our upright piano quickly and efficiently, and made sure nothing was damaged.
