My boiler was due for replacement in the upcoming spring but those timelines were expedited unexpectedly. Tracey was able to connect me with Nathaniel, who walked me through several options until we decided what was best for my home. Nathaniel, Mark, Jane and Daniel came on time every day, with a smile on their faces, to start working. Nathaniel did an overview of what we had previously discussed and outlined what to expect over the next four days. The Hoerner team provided clear and constant communication which is very important for a job like this. My family and I are 100% satisfied with all the work the team did and I would highly recommend Hoerner as your primary heating and plumbing team. I met Harris on my street two years ago while he was servicing a neighbour of mine. Without any hesitation, Harris was happy to look at and quote me for a small job I needed corrected in short time. Two years later and at my new home, there was nobody else that I wanted to come and replace my roof. I knew I needed to replace my roof in Spring 2023 and Harris was on the top of my list; unfortunately for me, that call had to come sooner because I had a leak in my 2 year old's bedroom in the middle of the summer. I called Harris and immediately, he came to investigate the issue and get started on the work. After 2-3 hours of troubleshooting the leak, it was not my roof but instead a faulty AC unit in my attic. Harris was with me the entire time, climbing on the roof and eventually, crawling in my attic. I don't think I could ever find another person to spend that time with me to get to the bottom of the issue. Though I got my AC unit and ceiling repaired, I expedited my roof replacement and Harris made my roof brand new again. Harris is always professional, honest, fair, and makes sure the job is done to the highest standard. I could not be happier with the end result. Without a doubt, I recommend Harris for any of your roofing needs, big or small. Two thumbs up from me! Thank you again Harris!

As you can see in other reviews, you can't get a better tag team than Michael and Charles. Upon first engaging WBD, Michael was quick to acknowledge my request and and ask for all the details he needed to best prepare Charles for the consultation appointment. With the coordination of Michael, Charles came on site to provide us with an estimate. Charles was knowledgeable, provided suggestions (with which we happily went with), and gave us sounds advice on how to move forward. Once we decided to move forward, Michael coordinated a swift installation appointment with Charles. Charles was on time, efficient, and gave us a debrief on how to use the different blinds, how to maintain and clean them. Michael was always quick to respond to my follow up emails and made this experience an extremely positive one. If you are looking for window coverings and blinds, Michael and Charles are a great team that can fulfill your needs at a reasonable price that will leave you with a smile on your face. Matt and his team undertook a large job for my family and I. We had Matt and team renovate 3 bathrooms and a laundry/utility room all at once. Right from our initial contact to final sign off, Matt was always professional, on time, forthcoming with information, and always provided updates to let us know of progress, issues (they happen!), and what next steps would be. Our engagement was about two months and Matt and team were on site literally every day. My family and I are extremely satisfied with Matt's work and could not have asked for a better person to undertake such a big job during these everchanging times. We are so satisfied with our work that not only have I recommended him to anyone looking to do work on their home, but we have earmarked him for our next project (kitchen!). Carlos and team were fantastic. During the pandemic, Carlos was able to guide us through the process of listening to our requirements, adjusting them where needed, helping us through the selecting process, and arranging for delivery. Carlos and team made themselves available whenever I had a question and if I had to alter something I ordered due to change in construction, Carlos was accommodating to get us something to fit our needs and get it in on time. I have used the Tapworks team for another renovation project at another home but for the size of this project, I couldn't have asked for a better partner for the job. Anna and Team at Angel Movers were fantastic. From the onset, Anna was a pleasure to work with to arrange our move. She was thorough in explaining what was expected of us (as movers) and outlined how the process would look like from start to finish. Anna followed up as we got closer to the date and on the actual move day, the guys were on time to get started. Even during these times of COVID, the team was respectful and did their absolute best to get all of our stuff from one house to the next as safely as possible. I had a small job to get done on my house with replacing shingles on a small section of a one story roof and re-attach a gutter that fell off from the second story on my home. During this COVID-19 era (and this job not being an emergency), it was very difficult to find someone to come and give me a quote, let alone the customer service Harris provided. Harris would personally update me weekly on his schedule and provide me a date as to when the job would get done. I was completely understanding and he was always a man of his word. I am extremely happy with Harris (and his team's) workmanship, expertise, and most importantly, his ability to be so personable. I would highly recommend Harris to anyone looking for any help with their home.

Cozy World (CW) was very quick to respond to my request for quote on the HomeStars site. Boris called me within a day to follow up on my request for a quote for a new furnace, A/C and dehumidifier in my almost 100 year old house. Our furnace was 20 years old, A/C about 18 years old and the dehumidifier was already out of commission. Robert gave me a call soon after I spoke with Boris to coordinate a time that was convenient for me to come to my home and analyze my current situation and recommend the best home solution for my family. Robert was extremely helpful in suggesting the right hardware for my home so that I got ahead of a potential headache in the middle of winter. Robert was extremely patient with me in getting back to him. As soon as I called him back, he arranged for a day and time for one of the CW technicians to come to my home and get the job done. Merhdad and team came to my home on time, finished the job within the time they told me, and followed up with me to explain the new equipment and offered to come by and run through their work. Boris soon followed up with me, on the weekend, to ensure that I was happy with the work, go over the invoice and rebates with me, and asked me if I had any more questions and made sure I was happy. This was the best service I could ask for from start to finish. I highly recommend Cozy World to anyone looking to have any heating and cooling work done on their home. Aaron and team were top class professionals. After submitting a request for a quote on his website, Aaron came on his personal time to my house to take a look at what I was looking to have done. Aaron provided me with a quote on the spot and we immediately agreed to move forward. On an agreed upon date and time, Aaron and his team came by the house, first thing in the morning, and tackled the job (6 stumps, 30 or so Siberian Elm hedges removed, and pruning of a cherry tree). Aaron did a fantastic job, including clean up, and followed up with me to ensure I was happy with the job and gave me a walk-through of exactly what he did. Ted and team did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom in our home. With tight timelines for a baby on the way, Ted completely transformed a dated, impractical washroom to a beautiful, functional main bathroom for our family. Ted managed costs and timelines to plan, and kept us updated with progress throughout the project. Ted was quick to respond to any of our questions and advised us on things when we needed guidance.
