Can't say enough great things about Mike and his meticulous work. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are one of a kind. He kept us posted on timelines and gave us options for the stone based on our decor and style inside the house. We'll be using Moltus Construction for our next projects (basement & bathroom) we need completed and highly recommend them.

We live in a new development and they sold us on the story that they were doing the work throughout the development. Reasonable pricing got the buy in from all the neighbours but quality of material and workmanship is terrible. Cement in posts spilled all over grass, wood posts are cracked top to bottom and wood has split and warped to the point where we can see into our neighbours yard, not to mention that placement of wood is inconsistent throughout leaving huge gaps and not much privacy. Our main gate is bent and the door does not close. We paid an additional $100 for a gate on the small side that have huge gaps on either side. They are quick to complete the job and collect the cash but customer service is non-existent as they rarely answer calls and when they do they say text me and i'll send someone over...after numerous text messages over 2 months we have not seen anyone follow-up. If you've read through this thread I advise you to NOT hire this company unless you want terrible work and no customer services. You get what you pay for.
